Everything your business needs to be
its strongest. In one place.

Like the human body, a business may become weak. It can benefit from continual training to be at its absolute best.

Thus, it behooves the business owner to frequently assess: Are the books neat and organized? Are meaningful financial and managerial reports obtainable? Are policies (both legally-imposed and company-mandated) being followed? Do the processes of the business meet the standard of highest-possible-efficiency? Does the company culture foster a sense of professionalism while still inviting? Is good talent drawn to work for the business? How do departments communicate with one another? Are projects seen through to completion while awarding the best cost-benefit outcomes? Are taxes, legal and industry-specific filings completed in a timely manner? Are information systems out of date, or even worse, paper-centric?

Business-fitness comes in all levels. Your firm may be in desperate need for a shape-up. Or, it may be running successfully but perhaps may improve in an area. Whatever the situation, we can strengthen your company.

Why? Because whatever it is, we’ve done it. At least twice. And successfully. And in every industry imaginable.

Achieving ultimate business-fitness is a hierarchal approach. Levels must be established so that others may follow.

The most basic level, is having immaculate accounting records. This is where each training program begins. The business owner must know where every dollar goes, and, she must know this information from multiple perspectives.

For instance, while financial professionals are aware of what GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) accounting is, the average small business owner does not. Or, she does, but doesn’t find that information relevant to her day-to-day managerial decisions. That’s why, taking what we call – a “hard-cash” look at your business, can be beyond critical.

After the accounting records and financial matters are addressed, all other levels of fitness follow. The goal is to attain a strong, going-concern which affords the owner(s) and executive managers the ability to continuously scale in performance.

Two things have been innate to me for decades:

  • The importance of physical fitness
  • Fascination with how a business operates

With the mindset of ‘fitness-in-everything,’ I started this business in 2012 in order to help others achieve their very best. Although based out of my beloved Los Angeles, I’ve assisted clients worldwide. My training program is simple, yet potent – provide a quality advisory role with constant value-added.

From start-up, to growth, to maturity – I help companies at all stages, and through all hurdles. I cut out the fat, and get your books, records, projects, people, and workflows in lean, efficient shape.

If you’re an established business owner or a start-up, and want your venture to be in its best possible form, save your money and your time. Forget hiring an entire team of accountants, lawyers, HR reps, and project managers. Just contact me. Together, we’ll give your business everything it needs to stay strong and shine. Warmly,

Julie Ann Nassar, Principal
